Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs today announced the launch of the Project on Europe and the Transatlantic Relationship, an effort to help reinvigorate a continental bond that has anchored global order, provided peace and stability, and fueled economic expansion for seven decades.
Michael Olshan is the Founding Partner of O-Corp Management, L.P. and serves as Chairman and Co-Managing Partner. Mr. Olshan formed O-Corp in June of 2009, and since then has managed the business and its operations. O-Corp invests directly in public securities and private transactions, focused in North America, Western Europe and selectively in Asia. Previously, he served as a Managing Director at JANA Partners LLC, a ~$12Bn multi strategy investment fund, where he focused on hard asset investing and special situations. Mr. Olshan trained as an analyst in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division and MSREF proprietary real estate funds, and at HSBC Bank in their North American Real Estate Lending division. Mr. Olshan serves as a Member of the Board and Member of the Investment Committee for Olshan Properties, Inc., one of the largest privately held real estate development and ownership companies in the U.S. Mr. Olshan graduated cum laude from Harvard College, with a degree in Government, where he serves as a member of the Belfer Center’s International Council at Harvard’s John F.
