Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs today announced the launch of the Project on Europe and the Transatlantic Relationship, an effort to help reinvigorate a continental bond that has anchored global order, provided peace and stability, and fueled economic expansion for seven decades.
Brian Filler is a Colonel in the U.S. Air Force and recently served as the Air Staff's Chief of Nuclear Security in the Pentagon. Previously, he commanded the 741st Missile Security Forces Squadron at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana and the 99th Ground Combat Training Squadron at Creech Air Force Base, Nevada. He has had numerous operational assignments, advised the Iraqi Army, and was a staff officer for U.S. European Command.
